Shipping Policy

Our current turnaround time on orders is 2-3 weeks and 1 week on 'ready to ship' orders, both with free delivery when you spend over £200. We use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and securely. We take pride in packaging your purchase with the utmost care and in fully recyclable packaging. We currently post to the UK only but if you have any questions about our shipping methods, or want to enquire about postage outside of the UK please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@hayleydevlinjewellery.co.uk

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy on non-bespoke items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

In addition, we offer free repairs for 12 months after purchase. If your jewellery needs any repair due to manufacturer defects, please send it back to us and we'll fix it for you free of charge. After the 12 month period, a fee will be incurred that will be arranged upon consultation.
